This is a simple guarantee. Floor Tech Ltd. guarantees that any carpet adjustments performed will be successful in resolving the complaint condition or enable the settlement of the complaint.

Should the service performed not be successful in avoiding replacement of the material, Floor Tech Ltd will not charge for the corrective service that was performed.

Please note: Although the corrective service will not be charged in the event of replacement, the normal cost of inspection for the location will still be charged and payable by the commissioning party.
