POST INSTALLATION:
It’s important to state up front that Floor Tech Ltd. will not “slant” reporting or omit pertinent information to create a document in favor of a particular party. If this is your desire, you have plenty of inspectors to contact, but we are not one of them.
Due to our realization that all inspections have the potential to become involved in a legal action, the reporting is assured to be accurate, unbiased, and fact based. Our level of inspection reporting varies by the desire of the commissioning party. We can simply provide a fact finding report or we can provide conclusions and expert opinions.
We are certified to inspect both hard and soft surfaces in either residential or commercial applications, along with substrate analysis. Copies of specific certifications can be obtained by the commissioning party. A Curriculum Vitae is available to a commissioning party for expert testimony.
PRE-INSTALLATION:
Our pre-installation services are aimed to avoid problems. We inspect substrates, monitor environmental conditions, and even certify appropriateness. We also monitor installation environments and procedures to assure adherence to manufacturer’s and industry guidelines. When the assurance is needed that pre-installation conditions are proper, or that installation procedures are proper, this service is available to provide an independent, unbiased evaluation and assurance of appropriateness.
