When certain issues are involved with flooring problems, a plan of action is often necessary to address these issues.  We utilize inspection, product knowledge, maintenance, environment, flooring conditions, and causations to find needed answers.  Once an inspection is performed to determine corrective or adjusting possibilities, a corrective plan can provide the directives necessary to avoid replacement or legal proceedings.

This service is intended for situations where all parties desire to avoid replacement and are willing to implement corrective actions of the plan.  We strive to gain resolve to the complaint issues by providing a detailed process to correct the complaint conditions, not make excuses for one party or the other.  This is not a “mediation” to settle a dispute.  Rather, it is a plan of action designed to obtain satisfaction through modifications, education, and/or corrections which will avoid replacement.
